At Veolia, we believe that diverse perspectives drive innovation and transformation. This belief fuels our commitment to ecological transformation. In celebration of International Women's Day 2025, we embraced the theme of "The Power of Purple" to advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Purple is a symbol of women's empowerment, as well as justice and dignity. It conveys core values such as hope, equality, collaboration, and respect.
Through a series of vibrant activities centered around this empowering color, we celebrated the achievements of women and strengthened our collective spirit in the workplace:
